I wanted to take a moment to let you know of my moving experience with your company on June the 2nd.

As you probably know, moving is one of the more stressful times in ones life. I have to say your company made this process one of the easiest moves I have ever made.

The two gentlemen, Mike and Stan did an outstanding job. I was very pleased at the care they took in handling my possessions. A problem did arise in getting my refrigerator through the front door, but they solved the problem quickly with ease.

Dear Jeff,

It is very rare we spend our time writing a letter in regards to service that we received from a company in which we pay for service; however your remarkable staff has inspired us to do so.

A move is never easy on a family, to say the least; however, Jason and his crew, who moved us on Monday, February 19, 2007, helped ease the transition more than words can say. They were prompt, courteous, and respectful beyond comparison with our belongings. They were continually asking if there was anything else they could do for us, or if there was a better way we could recommend them to do something, while every minute they worked, they were concerned with our property as if it was their own.

We have used and received your services in the past that warranted continued business; however, we have never taken the time to personally write a thank you note to acknowledge your staff and what an outstanding job they have done. Jason and his crew went above and beyond their call of duty to make such a disrupting life event a success.

The movers; Vernon and Mike were wonderful & did an excellent job. They were positive, cheerful, efficient, and very competent. The move was down 1 flight of stairs the up 3 floors with no elevator! They were great.
